Sandia Drive Makeover

This project was a complete update of a 3400 square foot home located in Central Plano with the goal of putting it on the market after completion. The project included a complete kitchen gut and rebuild, updated bathrooms, new flooring throughout, complete interior and exterior painting and new light fixtures and door hardware.

The home is laid out very well with large bedrooms and plenty of room for entertaining and have guests stay at your home. Located on a corner lot with large mature trees this home will move very quickly.

Lakeside Living Room Remodel

This project consisted of gutting the existing living room, removing an old builder grade fireplace that was located in the center of the back wall. We reframed a new fireplace located in the corner of the room and installed a new modern fireplace that is 13" tall by 48" wide with colored crystals, many flame options and is remote control. The fireplace was tiled in a modern natural stone ledger tile that provides a very striking look

Built custom wall cabinets that were designed with the customer's specific use in mind, finished the wall surfaces smooth, installed new lighting trim and painted the entire room. This project really updated the look of the home and showcases the homeowner's style

Master Bathroom Remodel: Longfellow Drive

Select master bathroom update which consisted of complete shower rebuild with travertine tile, custom bullnose edge detail, and two shower niches. Installed new frameless shower door and Delta shower valve. Installed new floor tile laid in a 1/3 pattern and new closet doors.

Updated the master garden tub with new travertine mosaic tile on the face and leathered granite on all horizontal surfaces around the garden tub. Installed new leathered granite countertops, sinks, and mirrors and painted the entire bathroom.

1940 Cottage Update: West Erwin Street

This project was a total small budget remodel of a small cottage home built in 1940. The project consisted of complete exterior renovation including foundation leveling, select siding replacement, exterior painting, new doors, fence, and landscaping.

On the interior, we rebuilt the kitchen from scratch including cabinets, flooring, granite countertops and fixtures, resurfaced all of the walls and painted, refinished the hardwood flooring, installed new carpet.

Ranch Style Update: Birdsong Drive

This project was an effort to prepare the home to be sold. Total projected consisted of a complete gut and rebuild of the master bathroom including new shower, bathtub, wall, floor tile, countertops, fixtures, and painting.

The remainder of the make ready project included complete interior painting, new entryway tile floor, new carpet, landscaping and a detailed final clean.

The total effort brought multiple offers 13K over asking price after two days on the market

Historic Home Restoration: Church Street

This project was a labor of love for our crews as it is a historic stately craftsman style home located in Downtown McKinney Texas. This home was completed gutted down to the studs, an expanded second story and all new finish out on the interior to match the period correct style.

The home features original perfection sawn long leaf pine floors on the downstairs, a complete custom kitchen with commercial grade appliances. We custom built all of the trim including window casements, wainscot, stained glass frames, and staircases.

What was old and wore out was made new again and returned to its original glory.

Historic Home Restoration: Hunt Street

This project was a select remodel of certain aspects of the home. The home was in very stately condition when we started the project. The work consisted of replacing the double teardrop siding on the exterior of the home, complete exterior painting and new porch flooring.

The porch flooring was rebuilt using Brazillian Ipe flooring and completed with an oil finish. Select updates including interior painting was an integral part of the project.

Historic Home Renovation: Heard Street

Interestingly enough, this home originally a service station in the 1930's which had a house built onto it as the years went by. This home was a dark and broken up layout of a home when we first started. We completed gutted the home, added a new second story to the home with 3 bedrooms, a game room, and bathroom.

The project took around a year to complete and was rebuilt to reflect the period styling of the area in Downtown Mckinney. Features include new paneled Wainscott, refinished hardwood flooring, all new kitchen and front porch design.

Guest Bath Remodel: Newcastle Circle

This project was completed in a ranch style home built in 1976 in central Plano Texas. The project consisted of a complete gut of the guest bathroom. Finishes included an entirely new shower with two shower niches, new double slide frameless glass door, floor tile and linen storage.

The project was finished out with a custom built full inlay bathroom vanity, new granite, sinks, custom built medicine cabinets, light fixtures and smooth wall finishes.
